Aside from the Solstice, which has its own two galleries, I've had a few other toys that I passed off as transportation.

presson > Here is our '99 Grand Prix GTP. The car ran 14.5 second 1/4 mile times stock, which made it somewhat of a "factory freak." That wasn't good enough for me, though. I managed to get it down to a 13.63 @ 102.79 MPH. I also set it up with suspension and brake mods for autocross. This picture is from the 2001-2002 season Hawaii Region SCCA runoffs. I managed to take home first place in E Street Prepared (ESP), though part of that was that my toughest competition didn't show for the runoffs.
presson > Here is the GTP a few days after we took delivery of it. I currently (while living in Germany) own a '98 GTP, but I've come to realize that it'll never be like this one was. I bought the '98 with 138,000 miles on it, and it has been in an accident. It's a silver two door, and not even worth posting a picture.
presson > It doesn't get much more "chick car" than this, does it? Now consider the rainbow Hawaii license plate to the back bumper, and the fact that I was also in my hair highlighting phase a the time... let's just say I got some funny looks from time to time. Fortunately, I could claim that this car was Chrissie's. Even had her convinced that it was. But it was a blast to drive! (when she let me)
presson > Ummm, how did this get in here?
presson > This is not a picture of me not doing a wheelie on a motorcycle that didn't belong to me.
presson > This is my first new car - a '95 Saturn SC2. I got it after I totalled the GSX-R600. Don't look at the motorcycle I never owned on the trailer behind it. I towed it and a friend's Suzuki Bandit from Monterey, CA to San Angelo, TX. That little SC2 didn't miss a beat.
presson > Just another picture of the SC2
presson > Here I am at 19 with my '92 GSX-R 600. Check the fashion sense! I managed to total this one right in front of Chrissie (she was driving behind me). Those who know me know the story. I wasn't even screwing around. Someone decided he had to make a left turn right then, but he was in the right lane, and I was passing him. He never saw me. I learned a hard lesson that day. If you ride, pretend you are invisible... because you might as well be.
presson > This was my second car. It's a '78 Pontiac Trans Am. I'm pretty sure it was a Y88 gold special eagle edition. Had I known what that meant at the time, I might still have the car today. It was a 400 (not the junk Olds 403) 4-speed with t-tops, and the motor had some performance parts when I bought the car. It was a trailer park magnet, but I didn't care. Ever since the first time I saw the movie Smoky and the Bandit, when I was maybe 7 years old, I knew I had to have a '77 or '78 Trans Am. I sold it when I went to college. I couldn't afford to put gas in the tank, much less paint it black or keep replacing the clutch and tires every time I burned them up.
